sly as a fox and has a history of finding ways to win.
Tex's problem these days is that, as Crew Chief for
Team Kelly, he's not winning like he did a few years
back when he was the Crew Chief for Joe Kelly the driver.
And no, Tex is not from Texas. It's up to you to
figure out where his name comes from.
